Great program that keeps up with the most effective treatment modalities.

A family member of mine was here for about 30 days in spring of 2018. I worked in close contact with a number of staff to coordinate care for my family member and my overall experience was very positive. My family member was also positive about nearly all aspects of the experiece at Bayside. I think it's really hard to find a place that is competent, progressive, honest, reputable, and genuinely cares about their patients and their dingity while staying and getting treatment with them. Bayside was a great place for my family member when we really needed a safe place for her to land. I am very appreciative for all that the staff did to help her; to keep the family informed; and to make her experience safe and comfortable. I am especially grateful for her therapist Susan, Matt, Noie (the best chef!) and the wonderful techs, each of whom was friendly and helpful during visits.

I am so incredibly grateful for the care my fiancée got at Bayside Marin. He was on the Canyon Side, and the facilities were gorgeous. The community was small and intimate, and the staff showed so much attention and care to each individual patient. I feel like we have our lives back!

Bayside Marin is an exemplary facility, from the care provided by the therapists and clinicians to the food prepared by the chefs. The clinical program engages body, mind and spirit. Recovery isn’t easy, but going through Bayside will give you the skills to make it.

I really enjoyed my stay and treatment here. I felt safe to practice new coping skills and had time and the ability to self reflect on my emotions, triggers and old behavior patterns. The staff are all wonderful and helpful and only want what is best for the residents. The facility is up on a hill overlooking the bay on top of a Foothill with many trees and away from the city. It was in a home environment and I stayed at the smaller facility that has 2 houses connected on the same property. This program was a lot of hard work but worth it. We did yoga, pilates, lectures, massage and acupuncture as well as working with a therapist 2 times a week. The food was delicious and healthy and they have amazing chefs. I benefited a lot from this program and learned a lot about myself that I have taken into my new happy sober life. The family program they offer is also a wonderful program and my husband learned a lot. I have already recommended this facility to others and will continue to do so with anyone seeking treatment. It really is a luxury facility with the best quality of care.

I have referred many clients to Bayside Marine and consider the team family! The facility itself is beautiful and hard to believe that a facility of that caliber is in network! The treatment team is amazing and go above and beyond to address issues that most other facilities may over look! The admissions team is friendly , empathetic and upfront! The communication and collaboration to ensure the clients are receiving the best care and for aftercare is outstanding! I wouldn't send a client to a place I wouldn't send a family member and Bayside Marine is my top choice for great dual diagnosis treatment! I came to Bayside with hesitations and wish I hadn't. I got a plethora of skills and knowledge that I still use today that have helped me progress in life. Had I invested myself the entire stay, I would have even more to take from. The staff cares and works very well individually with their clients. Trust the process, eyes on self, and know they are there to help. They provide tools to succeed, if you are willing to listen, they can provide a strong path to recovery. I thank everyone there for the time I spent and the help they provided. Highly recommended.

The treatment I received was personalized for my situation. The Group Sessions provided a forum to share our problems and experiences. The sessions were rarely uncomfortable but there were emotional moments. Individual counselling was conducted frequently and I never felt more at ease in those discussions. The medical staff did several evaluations and periodic tests for blood pressure and other minor health issues that I had when I arrived. Meals were amazing. The chefs really have their act together and were most accommodating. I learned a great deal about maintaining a proper diet. I was introduced to regular AA Meetings that were held in various locations almost every day. The equipment at the gym was well-maintained. Sometimes those sessions were a little crowded, but that is understandable and usually everyone shared the time well. The best part of the experience there was that you quickly become part of a new "family". When people finish their time and leave, they are missed. New clients are welcomed into the group. Everyone is there for mostly the same reasons and bonding occurs frequently. At this writing I have almost 11 months of sobriety and I couldn't have made it this far without the dedication of the staff at Bayside.
