New to this clinic .. transferred from Antioch.. So far everyone seems really caring and kind The guy dosing nurse Bill is amazing funny and very professional and is genuine . He cares about his customers and making sure he is accurate when doing his job (Thanks for being you BILL .. George is very curitous and well spoken and also makes you feel comfortable. When George and Bill help you just know your in good hands( 2 gentlemen that care about the customers and their job) Stephanie did my intake she was great very welcoming and smiled a lot ...however this clinic does only have one dosing window with that said I have spent less time inline ( I came from a clinic with 3 dosing windows)the line goes quickly if you don’t complain. As I said I am new so BRAVO FOR MAKING ME FEEL WELCOME to all of you.. They also have security that pays attention to what is going on...

In The Vallejo office they treat you great they have definitely changed around my whole life everybody there is really nice I’m never had an issue with anybody and the guy in charge is definitely a great person I think everybody there definitely are helping people for the right reasons and you can tell by how they treat you i would definitely recommend it to anybody who is having any type of addiction issues 👍👍🙃

If you are honest and upfront with staff here you will be treated the same. It has helped change my life and they offer a personalized tapper program that is second to none.

(UPDATE) Majority of the staff here have been amazing however the front desk receptionist Arlene can't seem to be positive or friendly ever. She is constantly giving dirty looks, rarely acknowledges my questions and concerns and her favorite words are sit down and wait. She failed to even inform me that I was still waiting after a 2 1/2 hour wait to see the doctor that I wouldn't even be able to see the doctor because he had left for the day, I had to actually ask for the boss/ director of the place to recieve any actual help or assistance and that was followed by more dirty looks from Arlene and she walked away when I asked her to let me out after waiting 2 1/2 hours just to not even be seen because "im on lunch". Absolutely ridiculous and flat out rude. I have been nothing but nice and respectful to this woman and she has shown nothing but distaste for her profession and lack of professionalism or common courtesy. I feel this place would be a 5 star rating and an amazing clinic if they had a better reception. All of the other receptionist and staff however have been exceptional and nothing but kind so I would still suggest this clinic to others but I would also suggest to disregard anything this particular woman says or does due to her unwelcoming attitude. She also had attitude with me regarding a session that was never set up or even spoke. Of to me because I could not go to it on a 5 minute notice due to having my children with a sitter. I'm not sure who is im charge of setting up the appointments quite yet as I am new but I wouldn't doubt that it was her just giving me a hard time as usual! Clean your staff out please! Don't let one bad apple poison the whole tree!! (Update Ended) I was treated with the up most respect and considering it was my first time seeking help I was really nervous at first however the director personally introduced herself and made sure that i was comforted and felt welcomed. The staff was all super sweet and the director was extremely welcoming and ensured I was not only comforted but fed during the lunch hour. I am so grateful I chose medmark here in vallejo to seek help and I will forever be grateful for their service and genuine care.

This is a Methadone Treatment/Maintainince Clinic The staff are nice and fairly easy to work with. My only complaint is they only have one dosing window and sometimes it can be pretty slow, other then that no complaints. They are supposed to be moving t a new location so maybe then they will have another window? They're open from 6:00 to 1:00 Mon-Fri & 6:00-10:00 Sat & Sun. Intakes (to sign-up is Tues & Thurs, I think, dont take my word) show up when they open, as it's 1st come 1st serve and plan to be there until they close doing the intake.
